How fast can you get out for HVAC repair?
Often the same day or the next, depending on where you are and how booked the day is. Tell us when you call whether anyone in the home is elderly, very young or medically vulnerable, because no cooling in an Arkansas or Texas August is a different problem than a noisy blower.
What can I safely check before I call?
Check that the thermostat is set to cool or heat and has fresh batteries, look for a tripped breaker, swap a dirty filter, clear leaves and grass clippings away from the outdoor unit, and make sure supply vents are open. Anything involving gas, refrigerant or high voltage is ours.
I smell gas near my furnace. What do I do?
Leave the building right away, take everyone with you, and do not flip switches or use anything that sparks. From outside, call 911 or your gas utility. Once they have cleared the home, call us and we will inspect the furnace, the connections and the heat exchanger.
